Thanks guys. And yeah as soon as I get a spring compressor. Worse case scenario I'll have a shop use a wall spring compressor and seperate the top hats. I got new bushings for the rear top hats too. So hopefully in the next couple of days

VatoZone and similar will often rent out spring compressors for just about nothing. They're ghetto as hell, but they do work.

Thanks man. Yeah haha probably gonna go that route. The issue is I don't have a air compressor or any are tools to hold tighten the compressor down so then I thought about attempting to use hand tools. If not, I'm gonna try and find a cordless impact.

I did the coils on my old XJ with just a lug wrench to turn the bolt on the compressors. It was slow as shit, but it did work.

EDIT: Anyway, you don't want to go at it too fast anyway, lest you get the compressors all cattywampus.

So , I got the rears done only took me about an hour. I managed to get the coil springs off without a spring compressor haha it was a bit nerve racking but I did it. Car still has room to come down. I'm gonna play with they height before I get it aligned and hopefully start on another part of the car. Probably going to start saving for some wheels. Unsure about what to save for though....open to suggestions?????

Anyway, looks good with the rear sitting at a better ride height. If I might make a suggestion, getting it all one color would be my next step before I picked out wheels, even if that just means spraying it yourself and doing a B+ quality job, you know? You'd be surprised how cheap you can lay some color down if you're willing to put in some elbow grease.

Yeah man. Honestly, that's what I wanna do I just figured I'd ask for some suggestions on wheels since you guys have a fair share of knowledge haha. But yeah, I need to get my radiator core support needs to get in shape also before I paint haha

I would but the bum before me used some really strange thick paint and it literally will not come off so it blows. I'll work on painting it also haha I need to fix the front of it first though
