    Are you thinking of copper plating the spokes/center of the wheel? Might look kinda cool. Car is coming along nicely

    Finally decided on a steering wheel. I was going to get a wood MOMO wheel, but theres no wood in the car at all so I ended up finding what I really wanted which is an older black leather Nardi wheel. It shows its age a little bit too which I think is fitting for the car.

    Unfortunately I won't be able to do every spot before SoWo, but the cars name dirty penny I'm sure allows less than sound sheet metal in places for character

    Made some progress on te leadding too. The trick has been giving it just enough heat to not allow it to turn completely liquid.

    Motor is ready to go back in, got most everything bolted back up just need to mount the tranny. Figured out the seat supports too. Oh and adopted another German shepherd, makes a good shop dog. He can't wait to ride in this thing. #germaneverything

    Are you using a Ridgid tube bender on your lines? Looks like the bends are coming out very nice, which isn't trivial on soft tube like copper.

    I'm just going mechanical, they were busted when I got the car and I don't care to have vacuum automatic locks.
