Finished up welding the flange on for good.
Took the front end apart to test fit the manifold and everything fits just right.
Now I can figure out the wastegate placement tomorrow.

Couldn't get the 409 stainless to weld half decent but whatever, the job is done and it's another step closer to finished. Finished the wastegate merge. Pushed it out to pull all the calipers off for my brother to powder coat. I'll post them after he's done, if you need anything powder coated let me know.

Last pic makes me want a heckblende sooooooo bad but they are waay too rare for e28s. This thing is looking nuts and I love it. keep up the good work.
