Looks good to me, so long as you got a 200 psi safety valve. Depending on how you lay things out on the exhaust manifold / lack thereof, you might have an extra PTC to NPT piece, but who cares, it doesn't hurt to have a spare.

Don't forget you need a 1/4" MNPT to 1/8" FNPT bushing for the pressure sensor.

Swivel elbows are for the bags?
200 psi safety valve is on the way. he said the pancake can hold 200psi so I'll be running that.

Forgot about that bushing, I'll add it on.

The swivels I got to come off the manifold we are creating. I wasn't sure if I wanted elbows or straights depending on placement. Is that a problem?

    • Zero problem, I use gobs of those SMC swivels and they're great.

      • Sweet. I figured this should get me through "stage one" and then figure out everything steps at a time. I'll have time between stages to work out any problems.

        • Ordered!

          1 x SMC FLOW CONTROLS - (FITTINGS: 3/8 PTC)
          6 x FEMALE TEE - (NPT: 1/4")
          2 x SMC DOT SWIVEL ELBOW - (PTC: 3/8, NPT: 1/4)
          10 x HEX NIPPLE - (NPT1: 1/4", NPT2: 1/4")
10 x SMC DOT MALE STRAIGHT (PTC: 3/8", NPT: 1/4")
          1 x REDUCER BUSHING - (NPT1: 1/4, NPT2 1/8)

Now that the "trunk setup" is fully purchased I just need the management, bags and the coilover brackets correct? If not, can someone possibly figure out what else I need?

For the management, what I'm trying to figure out is why eLevel broken up is only $1700 compared to $2100 if you buy the "bundle" and remove all the accessories.

Because if I pick this up:
          E-Level System Link

          and the vu4 manifold:

          I'm at $1700 roughly.

The management pack with all the items selected is $1929 here > http://bagriders.com/modlab/products...TOUCH-PAD.html

Also, if I still get switchspeed first, what do I need to upgrade to E-level later on?

          • I get $1829 for Bag Riders's e-Level kit with all the accessories removed, vs $1710 for e-Level with the VU4 manifold. The extra $119 gets you air line, a line cutter, a bunch of fittings, thread tape, and so forth.

To upgrade to e-Level, you'll take your SwitchSpeed control unit and send it to AccuAir who will re-flash it. There is a $750 kit from AccuAir which includes the re-flash service, as well as the four height sensors and their wiring harness.

Assuming you're purchasing management that comes with DOT air line and a line cutter, you should just need management, bags, and brackets at this point, as well as any fittings necessary to connect your air lines to the bags. I would also get a whole mess of 1/2" ID rubber hose to slip the air line through and protect it. Rubber grommets or bulkhead fittings are also nice if you have to go through sheet metal. Oh, and you'll also want some thread tape or other thread lubricant/sealant. Lots of people like Loctite 565, I use Rectorseal T+2, which is gross, but it does work.

Alright. I wasn't paying attention and already ordered 50 feet if airline in my first order. I was placing the order on the phone when I was driving and it sounded like a good idea.

I'll have to pick up some sealant soon, should I tape everything first then do sealant once I have everything laid out?

              • Some people like to do thread tape and sealant together, sort of a "belt and suspenders" sort of thing. It certainly won't hurt anything to do so. My setup is a mixture of Rectorseal T+2 and pink thread tape (the thick stuff for gas lines) when I didn't feel like getting white silicone goop on my hands that will never ever come off. All of it seals just fine.

                • I'm trying to think of a way to achieve more camber in the front. My BC's have adjustable camber top hats but max put at -3*. I've heard a few things about milling the camber adjust sliders further will result in more. Is anyone familiar with this process and explain a little more? I'm aiming for -6* in the front and over -10* rear.

                  • Changing control arms? I know it's worked for guys with bmw's. IDK about Jeeps honestly...just thinking out loud but if something is interchangable you might be able to squeek out ~2 degrees more.

                    • I have the rear figured out and have all the custom parts. The way the fronts are setup, the only camber adjustment is the coilover itself so the top hat would need to be modified.

                        • Has anyone heard of the "Air House 2 Aero Sport"? Taylor @ Bagriders recommended them to me but they don't exist anywhere besides BR site. Even UAS doesn't list them. I know it has the 4" pipe inside of it but I'm curious as why there's a $100 difference, and why it doesn't exist anywhere on the internet.

Is the pipe for the bag over coilover setups?

Yes. Making all that business seal on the inside with a torus-shaped bag is not trivial, thus bags designed to be mounted concentric to a shock or strut tend to be fairly expensive in comparison to a simple bellows bag.

Don't feel bad, UAS's catalogue is baffling to me too.

                            • Trunk setup inbound. I also ordered the fancy plugs from the site you recommended, and all the fittings I didn't pick up from bag riders should be here within the next few days. The goop and gas line tape should be here friday so until then I might just twist everything together for my own well being and make sure I have what I need.
