Which fitting exactly is leaking? I had it in my head that you were using digital gauges with 1/8" NPT senders.
Thank you for the diagram. That's how they are wired now, except my pressure pin is setup on the constant power as well since the accessory wire I had wasn't giving them the signal I guess. They still cut off when I hit 200psi and kick on around 160 if I get low. I just have it unplugged currently until I can get the time tonight to leak test.

For the gauges I'm running the triple analog setup with the 1/8th senders. The PTC portion of them are leaking air on about 3 of the senders behind the gauge.

Also, my tank line to the middle t with the gauge wire is leaking on the PTC end. Any ideas how to prevent that from leaking?

My problem was I was actually trying to use the ignition wire as a critical wire. Turns out, if you are running switchspeed and a mechanical pressure switch the ECU ignition wire is just ignored.

But all the guides I opened up had the constant powers, switch, and the jumpers from the pressure switch all jumbled up.
    Here's how I'd wire them:

Thank you both. I'm really trying to push the limits of this platform. Currently I'm the most modified in the world (that's documented their build), and continue to keep it that way.

While everything was torn apart, I threw on my new tubular camber arms and played around with them just a little bit. I'm in love.

Sad part is, I'm not laying frame. I'm not sure how to really make the bags sit lower, because I need all the lift I can get right now. It may require me stepping down to 18s like I had planned.

Off to work then get back to leak testing!

But for now, I give you this.

How did you wind up wiring your relays? I can't think of all that many ways to wire up a 5-pin relay...

    SO MANY LEAKS.

It took forever to get the compressors on, everything I read had a different way of wiring the relays.

    EVEN MY GAUGES HAVE LEAKS.

Well we started to install the bags and realized I need 1/4 NPT 90* For the bags. As the leader line sits too tall for it to sit flush on the coilover.

Also, I don't have the fittings to connect the leader line to the 1/4 NPT or 3/8 PTC

On the hunt for those currently.

Big lipped, VIP influenced wheels. When I finish the rebuild, hopefully I'll be sitting around 5 or 6 inch lips.

We are grabbing breakfast then starting the work.
I'm waiting until air is done to decide if I need to step down to 18s. I'd like to just for the sake of tire costs. My tires were $350 a piece for not so top of the line, compared to $112 a piece for top of the line 18s.

Glad to see it moving along so quickly. Any hints @ what the wheels are going to be? I'm guessing something full faced since you ***** the way your brakes looked with spoked wheels...I **** secrets!

Jeep found a home in the garage tonight. We dropped the entire suspension in preparation for tomorrows install. If I get a few minutes tonight I'll disassemble the coilovers and begin slipping the bags over them to cut down on some more time tomorrow.

It should be a fun day and I plan on recording the entire install and time lapsing it.

I can't wait to be done, I might just take a nap when I finish.
