You don't strictly need a tank gauge, so don't feel like you've got to panic.

Those are they. IIRC they're 1/4" NPT.

You'll want a read on the pressure inside each bag, correct. The VU4 has pressure ports on the top that are perfect for screwing your gauge senders in. The plugs tend to be REALLY in there, but they will come out.

For the tank pressure gauge, see the latter half of this post: http://www.stanceworks.com/forums/sh...&postcount=387
Crap I forgot to buy that tee.

I've got all but the rear bags, and due time and a commute tomorrow before I'd be able to get an alignment I've opted to wait until the rears are here and I have time to do all 4.

Today we got most of the electrical system wired up, just a few more ends to button up like grounding the vu4, mounting my tank down, leak testing, and run the wiring for the rear bags. Then install all 4 bags and turn it on.

It's not "difficult" per se if you take your time. The downside is its very time consuming. I've had a friend helping me for 9 hours and only got the wiring partly finished, had I've put 6-7 hours in it prior to today.

I'm attempting to take my time attempting really learn the system. Once everything is functional I'll start moving things and cleaning it up a little bit but for now function is the biggest problem.

The headlamp wire is for illumination on the control pad.

Thank you. I appreciate the information!

    Exactly.
Switchspeed had me wire up a line to my headlights, and ignition. Did the ignition wire actually need to go to ignition? Or should I wire it to my acc block?

Just out of curiosity, what's the headlight wire for?

Awesome so I can just run a line from 3 and 4 to "plug it". I think we'll go ahead and do the fronts just to knock it out.

Can I install just the fronts without any issue? Will I need to find plugs to fit the vu4 for the rear holes?

    woo 5-2 winterhawks.

Run ignition or acc power to either pin of the pressure switch. Split the other pin to the trigger pins on your relays. Wire the normally-open pins on the relays to your compressors using fat enough wires to support 30A worth of load. You'll also feed the power input pins on the relays with constant power, likewise with wire that can support 30A. The ground pin on the relay will obviously go to ground - thin wire is fine. The normally-closed pins on the relays will not be used.

That's fine, I just figured i'd post the question before I fell asleep. Enjoy the game, and may the odds for your team.
