    first off thanks for the kind words, second just get out in the garage and start wrenching! not all great builds are about how much money is in them its about details, good fitment and love for the build. keep at it!


    well even tho my brakes aren't fully bleed i decided to put her on the ground and test drive it anyway. suspension seems to ride nice actually it surprised me. couple issues that need attention
    -front axles hit thin piece of the frame rail
    -front wheels rub top of inner fender arch
    -rear wheel lips hit fender
    some more hrs in the shop and i should have this solved tho.





    this is me trying to pull into our shop. im going to pull the rear fenders about 5mm

    Very nice work. I have a 95 Legacy that I bought for $800 and have been doing inexpensive upgrades like yours (Rebuilt WRX brakes..). Seeing what you've done is lighting a fire under my lazy ass. Thanks for the inspiration.
    Oh, and I might have to get me a set of those wheels.

    its really not as tricky as it sounds only thing is standard impreza drivetrain isn't meant to handle rwd. on my old rwd wagon i had every part from a 02 wrx under the car. but mainly all you have to do is weld the center diff and take out the 2 front axles. wrx diffs are lsd i think vs the impreza.

    Related to the old RWD RS. How hard was it to do? I've got an 04 with a built NA motor that's been for auto-x. However drifting seems so appealing....

    thanks to all of you, the kind words keep me motivated !

    found some old pics of a couple old projects from years back. mind you the styles were different

    my 95' civic hatch i swapped a b18b with gsr tranny and did everything myself

    havent gotten much done this week ive been busy working and its hard to find a friend to help me bleed my brakes. update coming soon tho!
