First of Great news!
Im finally getting a workshop!!
flares are taking shape as well. not 100% satisfied with how they look yet, but its not to far off. 50mm over stock.
Im getting some 25mm spacers to go on as well so it'll be proper wide
Two down, just waiting for the paint to dry now. Ill be running 20565 winter tires on these for now. would probably look beter with som lower profile but thats what I got at the moment.
Did you buy the metal in the bands or did you have to make the bands?
How thick are the bands?
Did you weld the inside and outside of the bands? If you welded just the inside what did you do to fill the imperfections on the outside?
Sorry for all the questions but I am really intrigued by your build!
Its just builders foam, they use it around windows and stuff. Id like to get some pour able self expanding stuff but I haven't been able to find it anywhere yet

I got them cut to witdht where I bought the metal, they have a huge machine for it.
you can probably get them to roll it as well, its really important to have them at about the right curve
for these 15" they where 2" wide and 3mm thick, the 17"s where 3" wide and 3mm thick
I only weld the outside, but use enough heat so it burns allmost all the way trough,
Usually I can just grind over the welds inside the lip with a sanding disk and it looks fine, might use some tin on the new ones though
Finaly got the spacers today :O
