Already have them sealed! They clean up easily, but its just a pain in the ass since they're of a mesh design.

Well, the car made the drive to Michigan and back over the weekend for Eurohangar. On the way down it was crappy weather the whole drive and I forgot to empty my catch can before we left so it was pissing oil over everything the entire drive there.. I hadn't re-installed the baffles on top of the cams when I put everything together so that has been kicking quite a bit of extra oil into the can. I'll have to fix that soon.

The car got best of show which was a complete surprise as there were plenty of spectacular vehicles there! I think the final count was 560 cars.

On the way home my wastegate rattled loose near Madison Wisconsin, so I had to tighten that back up. Boy was that fun! It was a good thing after all, since I discovered the OEM braided line I used for all my vacuum line was cooked pretty bad and just disintegrated when I tightened the WG back down. I'm going to make a nice stainless hardline so I won't have to worry about that anymore.

Other than the catch can and the Wastegate issue it went off without a hitch. I even hit boost for the first time in 5th gear.. That was interesting. Now I know the FX400 will hold full boost at 2500 RPM and the shaved sidewalls didn't mind 160+..

Monday came around and I got my CCW's I ordered for my daily 2010 Jetta sportwagen. Boy oh boy are they perfect.. Also ordered new Broadway Static coilovers for it that will be here Thursday. So much for having a comfy daily. I got tires mounted today but didn't take any pictures.
