Finished off my sub box today. Very pleased with it. I hid the amp under the rear seat. Don't really like it there because its making it bulge on the drivers side. Might move it to the middle actually, now I think about it.

Also I went to London the other day and I couldn't come back without bringing my Golf a present. Please ignore the filthy car and coolant leak. The hose clamp on the small pipe from the rad to the expansion tank is misshaped.

Not sure if I like it. Maybe It will be better with a Red stripe.

Love the color (just lile my first car = mk2)

I really liked the momo wheel. Cant really understand why you replaced it.

    Keep up the work

(btw: 20vt would rip your fronttires apart in no time. Def. Stay with the 16v. Which suits the car better anyways. )
Thanks. I wanted it looking more OEM on the inside. I still have the wheel and have been considering putting it back on. Maybe when the sun comes back. Winter wheels as well soon.
    16v is defiantly staying.

Thanks. I screwed it together properly today, in that pic its just small nails. Gave it a test run and it sounds great! Bought some black carpet on eBay to cover it. Job done.

Started on my boot install today. Came out better than I expected tbh. Gonna get some thinner stuff to cover the whole thing and the gaps between it and the wheel well.

Excuse the awful pictures. It got a bit dark.

Got round to changing my rubber roof gutter today. Been bugging me ever since I got the car.

    Before

Suppressed how tidy it was under there. After a small clean anyway.

    After

No idea how people manage to bend them so easily taking them off. Didn't break any of the plastic clips either. Bought some new ones because I thought they always break.

If anyone wants the old one, you can have it for free if you like. Its straight but just has that chunk missing.

Also cleaned up my garage as it was just a pile of junk in there. Yay clean garage.

And I found the old alarm that I took out the car. Thought id take it apart to steel the key switch because you never know when that will come in handy and I found why the alarm stopped working for the previous owner. The car could of been no more.
