Thanks, it's actually Plasti Dip and the car took about 8-10 cans of the rattle spray. You can buy it by the gallon too. I wanted to be able to remove it and change colors easily.

Thanks, I'm actually in tmarket for new wheels.. I made a post about it in the wheels an tires section.

I'd like to go lower but my 16 yer old daughter will be driving it and the oil Pam is like 3-4" off the ground as it is.

I completely understand not being able to afford a stupid expensive set of racecar wheels for a car that can't even take a corner without scraping. I mean seriously what a waste of nice wheels. Reps are better for stanced cars. Let's save the racecar wheels for the racecars.

But seriously bro....those wheels look like poo. Why didn't you go with a set of esm's or ccw reps? It would have cost the same and looked 10x better.

I don't even know what those are. I will have to look. And these wheels were $269 for all four! Ebay find. I liked them, I still like them but I want something different so this time I wanna get something that fits the style of the car better.

The car cost me $650! And I wasn't sure where I was going with it so I didn't want to spend alot. I like how it has turned out. I like the matte black and the stripped hood (for now but things change).

I'm not going to put a $2000 air ride on this thing, that would be a huge waste of money. It's just a toy I tinker with. I drive it daily but it's not my daily driver. We have 4 vehicles, this is just a money pitt. Being married with kids I've got more important things to spend money on.

Listen, don't get caught up in these guys drama. As you grow in the "scene" you'll grow out of some of the things you like now and get a different perspective. Cheap wheels still get you around, and they don't look much different then a later stock BMW wheel. Most of the guys on here don't have to worry about their children taking the car out Friday night, or driving it through a drive thru on $2000 wheels. Don't sweat it, keep on working at it. -Andy

LOL JK. Try some 17" widened steelies.I think that will match the hotrod-look you apparently try to accomplish. But on the other side: Whát 16yr old girl would drive an old BMW on some old steel wheels. I mean, we all know little girls are like magpies... They like bright and shiny bits....
