So today I received yet another box for my project

Inside it, was this piece of the puzzle

With a nice aluminium matte finish which I didnt want to ruin by painting it,

So I opted for Vinyl wrapping it in Glossy Black by Oracle, a great material to work with, much better than the 3M one I had tested in the past

    Removed the frame

Applied the vinyl with the heat gun

Sometime later, it was ready, and looking great

This badge will be removed of course

I also have updates from the other orders.

    Stay tuned, more to come.

    Cheers

    Update Time

Went shopping at a store I like a lot, cause there was work to be done

Went to my garage and saw my bumper missing . . .

Here it is, next to the daily, that went 245 wide, and is also hosting my old exhaust - hahaha, more to come for it as well

Looking behind the rings, which will not go back on the car this time

    Brought it out for a ride . . . in the garage alley . . . lol

off went the fender, first time since factory

    Hmmm...not looking bad

Instantly, I spotted weight that had to be removed

    bye bye

Moving to the driver's side where the sideskirt would be removed, and door blades reinstalled

    before

    after

Wheel removed after some time now

    Let's work

WorkShop of my own - hehe

    The daily giving a hand

I just couldnt stand watching this like that, after the fender removal

Years of road grime cant be fixed in an hour, but it got improved significantly

    bye bye wheel arches

Time to pack things and put it back to sleep for today

Watch this space. More to come guys

So a new box arrived today

It had some things for the golf, like a new AEM filter

and some hoses to fabricate a new CAI

    Some very cool Polo shirts

It also had some things for the Audi though

like my new longer studs which will be needed for the forthcoming spacers

    And this lovely thing

New things are on the way. Stay tuned.

    Cheers

So, only things I managed to do these days, is
    1. re-install the oem A4 non-Sline door blades - luckily I hadnt sold them-
    and
    2. something else you will see . . .

So here are some pics with the said blades on

Then I opened my trunk in the daily, and found this . . .

    W T F . . .

This should be somewhere around here . . .

    No . . . it aint here . . .

When work allows it, I will remove more things from the underside.
    There is more to come.

    Stay tuned

    Cheers
