Received my new slim quick release hub
Needed a lot of work, to make the horn work, but I did it.
After some modifications and some work, i managed to fit my spacer as well, I love my driving position now
Excuse the crappy pics, but iphone4, is really handy for quick picies
Then I bought some oem stuff...
Going from this
To this
Put the Quattro Badge on, and I totally love it...
Also ordered this little thing here for my handbrake...
A random shot, not so awful considering it is with an Iphone4
And,
Some older videos, with awful sound , but just for fun...

Well, after having done enough kms, I have to say that one of my main concerns in engine builds of this magnitude, is not only the engine to work in first place and make power, that is the lets say easy part....the difficult part is to have this engine work daily drive to work, and not open the hood for no other reason than clean it, and check oil and fluids levels...I thought this couldnt be done in a project like this. However I was proved wrong, and this thanks to my friend Tomas who took care of the build, so once again thanks to him...
So , seeing it was all going well, it was time to see some 6xx or 7xx hp numbers...
Say Hello to my little friend. Precision Turbo 6262 0,63
And here next to a GT3582
In love
Haha

So, AC Compressor removal, since I had removed the AC a long time ago. But I hadnt done the work of finding a shorter auxiliary belt to replace the OEM one.
So....AC Compressor removal and bolts
This is the place where it is located
And some belts for testing, to pick the right one
What is more, some pics of the External WG dump tube due to the fact I get some messages for pics from it, plus the Read Diff Temp Sensor...

Received something...
It also had a lollipop inside, L O O O O O L
Pics of the vent in place
And now plenty of vents in stock, I think I will sell the grey ones, I dont need them anymore, all three of them...
Then, time for some Gear and rear Dif Oil Change
Out with the "old"
And then put the RedLines, excellent, I loved them both in hard use, and in cold starts...
BUT while we were at it, there was some free time in the lift, so I though, why not remove some unnecessary weight..and so we did...
During...
And some finished shots
And a shot I forgot

Started removing things in Tom's Garage.
Some more protection for the Oil Return Line
More air for the cooler
Checking of the turbo
More Parts
This one for later use
Tom Ready to begin installation hehe
Water Lines off
Fabricating new Charge IC pipe
Fuel Return Lines Time, New Filter w/o Build in FPR, and Aeromotive A1000 installation
Now, all i need is to fabricate a BIG intake. Cause the one i made, sadly is insufficient for this turbo. AEM 9 inch, 4in inlet, is most likely the way I will go.
More on that later

Took my rear bumper off . . .
Removed its inner lining
Then did some games . . .
That lead to this
Did my rear bumper protection in black
Started putting everything back after a clean-up
Not to everyone's taste, but I wanted to do it for a long time
And then some other expensive vehicles I loved today . . .

Had to tidy-up my front licnse plate a bit . . .
So made a first attempt at vinyl-plate . . .
Hmmm it was a bit big and couldnt make it work somewhere I liked it . . .
So I made some more in various sizes . . .
And ended up with this spot . . . It is clean . . yet illegal . . . Do you like it ?
As for the rear interior painting, work in progress . . .
