Relocating my battery...

Removing the oem battery mount as well



And putting everything together well...





Time to fix a mount for the battery...









Bolt it, and make it look somwhat nice...





And then time for wiring...

















And finally we used these little things to keep things clean, quality-capable, and safe...GOD were they expensive as hell...



So final result is this....put into place with oem mount as well...

Here are the OEM bushings if anyone is interested in comparing them...







And I had to clean something for some work soon to come in that area...

I used a nice mixture of Meguiar's APC and various detailing brushes. In rough spots, I used some Tarminator from Chemical Guys, and worked like a charm. Then since it is difficult to wipe excess water, I used compress air to dry it off. It really came out new

Finally, a burned fuse led me to this fuse system....pretty serious and definately not cheap...

On another note i hit a small metal pipe really short when I backed the car today in the city....however i fixed it to look hot , hahahah



And, finally , no reason for a big ported head, if there isnt a big ported intake manifold....Correct...?

Installed my Aerocatch Hood Pins - at last - safety











Then, time to give my AEB intake mani a proper clean....

Weapons of choice:



plus PLENTY of clean fuel from the gas station so as to clean the inner of the mani, until it stopped producing black residue from the inside of it....A lot of work (and smell) but hey...

So we went from this....

Came out pretty good for the time I spent on it .

I loved the Kawasaki green theme I went for, a theme, that I have kept till today

Cleaned the filter



And changed the heat protection with a gold one...

New Lamda Sensor





Modified my AVCR gauge pod



Some more things needed are on their way to Greece....



a TIAL SS 50mm BOV Flange, and some heat resistant sleeve...



and some oil pump bolts, and a reverse valve which is stuck and my reverse lights are always on :P



I hope this dildo-type-of-thing in the rear suspension doesnt get torn in your car....too ****ing expensive for what it actually is....oh well...



The old destroyed one...





Changed the reverse gear valve which was stuck. here is the old one, and the part number, that could come handy to someone.



And I cleaned my throttle body which now reacts better as it should, BUT it wasnt the cause of my bigger lag. Still searching on that one.
