Then, all of the sudden - happened a big change on the car. Plans for big power were never abandoned- however - I changed it back to oem factory things inside- luxury and all, due to my everyday movement with it, a movement that was not so easy with all the racing components . So sold some things . . . and here it was at the end of January 2009

    Proof [:p]

    New Hitachi CoilPacks...

Will be getting two more later on....

Today I relocated the engine's general electric switch and moved it to the engine compartment....

    Removed...

And everything is back in order inside....

Received the D1S lamps I had ordered a couple of weeks ago...

    They arrived....

And decided to put them on...

    Ready

    Had fun in the snow

Then the car had some changes, however the pics I have from that time are very bad.

        Mostly they were

        -245.40.18 R888 Tires - went wide
-Powdercoated the OZs in Gunmetal glossy.
-Ordered a Precision 600hp core IC
        -went 76mm Downpipe- Decat

And then some pictures from a night photoshoot...

Well at last some things are here, it seems ages since the cooler arrived...

So onto the pics from GT3 Turbo, England

Little things, that are so important, and not cheap as well....

Now waiting for the next nice packages...

And some random pics of the car, with some dirt from a week's unstoppable rain :P

As for the car, it is feeling a bit sorry for itself, waiting for the turbo, mani, and WG to arrive at last....

A trip with friends, to Araxwva, Parnassos, a famous winter destination...
            Some pics

It was great, both the place, and the road trip.

I had the opportunity to do a little project I've been meaning to do for some time now, but I was always bored to..Today though, I wasnt...

I'll let the pics talk for themselves...

              So I went from this:

              To this:

But that was not all there was to it...I wanted no chrome at all @ my car, and since this was the lasti bit that was left....

I liked it, and now time for the second one []

Hope this little DIY helps someone who wants a stealth look too...

On a side note, I polished my cooler, and did for the focus I had forgotten, black rear badge :P

              AC REMOVAL TIME

First of all, once again I opened the top end of my motor so as to change a gasket, because of a small leak i noticed...

              Pics of the process...

Installed the new gasket, cleaned the cap

              and then it was ready.

Then, my friend Tomas who is looking after my mechanic stuff, persuaded me (like I didnt want to) to remove the A/C system. So onto the pics of this process as well:

Removed the air/liquid (it is called freon in Greece, not sure in english, sorry)

              Removed the CAI, and MAF

Then we remove this 13mm nut

              And have something like this

Then pull it out slowly and carefully...

This has to go as well...

It is held in place by a plastic bracket, and two metallic tubes are also held there.

              Gone

Time for the AC radiator to come off
              So from this

              To this

Now you must get yourself under the car, and unplug a fuse from the AC compressor and get the two lines out

So eventually you will have removed all this pile of junk

(notice that my cold startup pump has already been removed in the past that is why there is nothing on the passengers side :P )

So you end up with something like this

Note: The AC compressor which is really heavy, will come off too in the future when I get a smaller belt.

Next time the car gets in for some work, will be hopefully in a week or so for the BT.
Fingers crossed to finally get the things from USPS...

A huge thanks to ToMaS for his help.

                            So installing things - somewhere near . . . January 2010

-First of all I went in the morning to pick up the oil return line because ATP's didnt fit, it was short as it proved out, and then got back @ home garage to put it on, fill oil and water, check everything up and fire it up to see if we could make it to the exhaust shop which is not near me...

Some random pics of where it is standing at the moment...

What is more, some other things arrived from Mike2ptZero, Ringer Racing

                            Getting there - almost ready

Time for some new engine mounts....

                              Removed the OEM old ones..

And putting on the new ones...

Made my dump tube look similar to my exhaust pipes

The STERN engine mounts, the firm ones i took, are something more than great...
The car feels so more solid than before...no engine walking in front of you....
Even the steering wheel feels differently, it is awesome...
Yes, inside, there is vibration. And if something made some noise before, it will now make more....But it is superb....I would do it again and again and again...

Some parts that never got used in the end...

I used this filter instead of the HKS one, this one by JR, so as the headlight can get in place....

Once i have the time, I will have to make an adjustment to the turbo's oil return line, a shorter one, and get my bumper back on....
Oh and adjust fuel and stuff a bit....Running very rich @ high rpms at the moment....
But that's ok...Another thing is to put another spring in the 007 Forge DV.

So far tested the car from 0,9bar (Tial's spring), to 1,4bar

Current status of the car back then:

Did some more things here and there .

Trimmed the RS4 plastic panel so as it fits, due to the new intake piping...

And a small new filter purchased since I removed the catch tank

Acquired some more stuff on my way home.

Some t-bolt clamps....Not cheap by any means, but hey....better safe than sorry....

                                So...

                                Before

                                After

                                Before

                                After

                                Before

                                After

Leaving us here for the moment.

                                Ordered some things as well

                                ARP Bolts

                                KN Filter
