    ps. buy the Carlsson 1/12's?
When the Benz is ready, I'm willing to drive to Scandinavia for a holiday roadtrip or some sorts...
The Carlssons are my favorites, but first I would like to see how the RW's will pull off

    Christmas came early this year

    5 minutes later...

Hmmm something's not quite right here. More quite 'left'

Stupid Chinese made things... Ah never mind. I'll just weld that thing up by myself.
I'm not a fan of bolted constructions anyway

    End result:

And I found out why the Bosch K-Jetronic was giving me a hard time:

See the rubber part blown out of its flange?

Haha yes that is true. The Germans have some pretty weird words in their language. Like Schweinehund (swine dog )
And every time I try to speak German (let's say when I read something out loud) I can't help myself not to shout like a 'certain German person' from the past

Yeah, we had fun with the cognate of that word learning German in high school. That, and "fahrt" and "womit." Preeeeeeeety hilarious.

Because the not-so-boring-ass Coupe has had 13 owners (me as its unlucky 13th LOL) who apparently had no clue how to do electronics and basic bodywork (It's a bog-mobile)

That spray cleaner you're using looks like it's great stuff, although part of the name is dangerously close to a racial slur in American English

    Looks like fast progress!
REINIGER? HAHA I see what you did there
    It means cleaner though

Time for bigger steps in the progress:

Last weekend I've been very busy with both Benz's.
First, I began with cleaning the Sedan, because my Brother in law had to do some maintenance on his E36 vert...
Had to rinse of 12 months of dust, dirt and bird poo. But luckily I had waxed it before I put it away last year...
After finishing the exterior, I went full retard on the engine bay. Taped of the wires, lines and cables, sprayed it in with some magic stuff from HG and put the water jet on it.

Afterwards, while I left the sedan to dry, I decided to end the torturing life of the Coupe. Disconnected all the wires, lines and cables and lifted the engine out with the (surprise surprise!) Engine Hoist V2.0 FARMERS Edition

The engine was sooooo dirty so I let the HG stuff do its magic on that as well.

Then started to pull the engine apart and realised that it was 01:00 AM. So I stopped...
