Also let me know if there is anything that you W108 guys need. I'll give you KILLER deals you just have to cover the shipping. And when I say killer, I mean dirt cheap compared to ebay or any other place on the web.

That parts car looks cleaner than my W108. Wish you were closer, I'd say snag what you want and sell it to me, but it's not a good time! Keep up the awesome work!

Got some more done on Thursday night. It's pretty much stripped down to where I need it to be. I just need to remove the trim on the doors and we are in business.

I was going to stick with the stock headliner but, it had some staining on it and to get the excess glue off from the front and rear window I would have ended up damaging it anyways so out it came. Haven't decided on material/color yet but I have some ideas.

The aircraft stripper really stepped up to the plate making my life so much easier.

Ended up getting the whole rear quarter stripped, the drivers side of the rear, and the drivers side of the roof.

Really happy to see how clean the panel is.

Under the filler in the front of the rear wheel it turned out to just be a little dent on the fender, not even close to as bad as I thought it was going to be thankfully.

Found some filler on the rear, little more work but shouldn't be too bad.

Also got the hood and trunk lid done for the most part. They still need another coat in a couple spots before I sand them.

        More to come very soon!

I have been at it the last few days 8)

Got the fenders stripped down. It looks like I will be able to salvage pretty much all of the metal. Saves me soooo much work. Woo!

I also got the other side of the rear stripped and most of the roof. It still needs some work on the roof though.

                  More goodies on this side...

Started dying the carpet and ran out of dye about 2/3 the way through. Tomorrow's another day ;D Black looks so much better than than the nasty blue.

Before on top after on bottom...

                  Another angle.

My buddy Alex from Eurowerks hooked me up with a 5 gallon tank to hold me over until I get an 8.

It looks so at home in the trunk.

Going to be hard at it this weekend, with some visitors coming over to help! Be ready for some updates!

I enjoy the fact that you're labeling and compartmentalizing everything that's on the car. Proper way to make sure you still have 1/2 a car when it comes back together

                              Keep us updated!

Well I started the sanding phase after work the last couple days. Holy buckets do you plow through the sand paper. Made quite a bit of progress though. Got both of the front fenders sanded up to 80/120 and the got most of the surface rust off the hood with 80. I would have kept going but I ran out of the aggressive shit.

Here's the front passenger fender. Still needs lost of love with a lot finer grit but it's a good start. It was nice to clean up the metal to see what I was really working with.

Here's the driver side front fender.

                                Da hood.

                                Before and after..

                                Progress shots..

My wad of sandpaper that I used in the last couple days... Lol

And here are the problem spots that need love love and caressing.

Shaving the side markers so these wont be too bad.

On the bottoms of both of the fenders.

Underneath both of the corners covered mostly by the bumper.

                                A little fold.

I can't wait to keep going, the sanding is actually a lot more fun that I had anticipated. Definitely wear a respirator, found out the hard way. I even have a bunch of them but derp, didn't remember to wear it. Lol.

Stay tuned, And no I haven't decided on a color yet. Fack me.
