Im hoping this is the last update I do before it's finally painted. This was a very expensive week for me as the aftermarket AKA jobber fenders I got a while turned out to be really FULL OF Shhhh... The lines of the car did not match up at all and that made the hood off etc etc. So I had no choice but to purchase OEM fenders from the dealer. Sadly I do not live in Cali where used OEM fenders are everywhere! Also got a new OEM valance at the same time.

The holes on the trunk were made for the IS lip, looks good. My painter says that it SHOULD be painted this weekend. Lets find out.

Well sadly this update does not bring any new notice on the paint but I do have pics of the car on primer. I also got my new OEM valance.
Someone made me notice a small dent under the right tail light. Need to get that fixed!

With spring here, I finally get to start my REAL job. No longer at the shop every day, I have to wait till night time to see what's happening on the car. Today was the big day. The car is no longer white but finally got the paint. These are pictures my buddy sent me while I was working. Still haven't seen it in person. Needs to be sanded and buffed but I'm sure it looks fantastic. Enjoy.
