trailer setup is rad. always dreamed of making a trailer for my Ghia back in the day, but my exhaust was in the way, along with other issues.

Also, my truck is broken and I want to hit the river with my 1988 650sx after work, so let's give this a shot. not sure if anyone ever noticed the sneaky little hitch I've had hidden on this thing.

A couple things have happened. I stepped up to a bigger sidewall tire now that they're finally available in the US and I couldn't be happier. The ride is phenomenal, I think the tires look better being a little chunkier, rubber bands don't really suit MK2s in my opinion. I only had to raise the car 1/2" to keep my fenders safe, so now it's riding on 165/50-16 Achilles ATK-R Economist tires, I'll have to snag a pic of them.

Also, on Saturday I decided to slap together a 2nd tailpipe for the coupe after a suggestion made by my buddy Alex a few months back.

Lovin the look and sound difference with dual 2.25” tips.

Ordering a new steering rack for her on Friday. That's gonna be fun to change. Possibly also some new tires as I would like some more sidewall and the ones I want are on sale right now.

I couldn't agree more. This car has been so great to me and such a source of escape when I need to just get away. I'm pretty confident I could hop in this thing and go cross-country without issue. That's a good feeling.
