i had to roll my rears more due to caster when i ran the wheels off my old E21 (13x5.5 +15. looks fine. mine was close too you could maybe get a magazine in there. 13's FOR LIFE

As for the rears (I'm assuming that's what you're highlighting in that last pic), like 1mellow said, just roll that shit flat. Not sure if you would need a bumper tab relocation as its been a looooong time since I messed with an early 90's Honda.
nah itll caster forward so much cause the trailing are that itll never get close..unless your on like 18's
That's not caster, but yes, it's nowhere near the rear bumper.
Rear wheels do not have caster unless they steer. Caster is how much the spindle is angled. It helps keep the wheels straight while moving and harder to turn. If you have ever seen a rail dragster turn and the front tires fold over like they are going to fall off, you have seen LOTS of caster.
