Haha that's awesome man! I personally enjoy my Alpine deck with the iPod jack. I'm sure without it I would go insane....

For real? Well then you have an awesome name, sir. And thank you very much. I'm glad my build can influence people that much. It makes me happy.

Nope. Just a factory DC2 shifter that I got from a junkyard because it was a dual-bent shifter and looked cool. I actually love it. A normal unbent shifter put my hand way too close to the dash in third gear. I had to stretch my arm too far and I would miss third when racing.

Well I don't really have a cool update. But I did just get out of school so I'll be doing little things this summer but not much. But what I DO have is a cassette player! I've wanted one for a while because I despise having to burn CD's and all the other inconveniences associated with them. Like skipping. If I had to hear a CD skip one more time I was going to kill a cute animal and not even care.

But this tape deck is really pretty. Works. Stock. And now I can use my mp3 player and my old tapes. Rad. I am very happy.

Look at my fabulous photography and editing skillz.

Do it. I really really really love my doorknob but I would give serious consideration to a custom hardwood shifter like yours. Do it. For science.

Cool, man, thanks! It feels so different but I'm getting used to it.

This guy is awesome. Thanks a bunch! Unfortunately, there won't be any AWD on this car. I just don't have time to do anything major while in school. And I need it drivable!

On another note, I scraped really badly today on campus. I was trying to make cool high rpm noises in the tunnel and didn't see the crown in the road.

It's pretty deep really. No fluids are leaking and nothing appears damaged so yayy!

UGH. That must be awful. I think I'd die. Yeah... ALMOST. It's actually not as crushed up in real life as it seems in the pics. Basically just ovalized pipe. I'm going to rock it. It's finally the same height as my oil pan and trans which is what I wanted to happen so I could make a skid plate and everything would be even. Yes. I intentionally drove around on the crowns of roads to get it like that.

    Thank you!

Well over the weekend I didn't have much to do and nobody came to visit me like friends should. Jussayin. So I made a shift knob. I found it a year ago in a trash can as the handle to an umbrella. Cool beans. It literally took all of eternity to sand between every ridge so I could stain it.

I like the actual knob a ton but I'm not 100% "ilikethis" about it in the car yet. Time will tell if it stays. Opinions?
