I just figured that air ducts in wheel wells would ram air into the engine bay and out of the back of the car, same with the top mount setup with an air scoop.
The only problem would be the stationary engine bay temps
Another option would be to cut out the section between the muffler tips out and run a slim intercooler between them with heat insulated piping. With that it shouldn't be too hard to set up a diffuser that would route air through the intercooler while smoothing out airflow under the car.
