So i need to get the hood mounted but without the steel latch area i dont feel comfortable using the fiberglass bumper. Since there is no place to attach anything this is my home brew set up i have come up with . I put it near the outer edges where its much more stable. i need to get some taller bushings as the pins still sit to high. also i bolted the hood down briefly and temps went up a bit. it gets pretty hot under hood so im doing some bolt on louvers.

Ok i have kinda slacked off finishing the small things for drive time but back at it. started working on a new intake and trying to fit an intercooler. im thinkimg of tucking it up in the rear bumper but not sure id get air flow. Up in the wing isnt really an option after messing around with it.

Maybe you could fab up an NSX style roof scoop that leads to a TMIC, then have cooling ducts from the rear wheel well to blow into the bottom of the engine bay to remove the hot air?

haha its possibly coming. im working on a new round tube mount. I had all the pieces i need plasma cut. also i think a custom built radiator with hard lines in a coupel spots would really be clean.

i know the turbo cars use top mounts but there is just to much heat rising up that i would see that as beneficial. ive thought of using a double fan in the wing to suck some heat out.
