Very much enjoyed reading through your whole thread this morning. It truely is an excellent project and you can see how your skills have also improved as the build has gone on.

I look forward to further updates!

P.S. One question - I was surprised you didn't get the suspension parts powder coated before fitting the new bushes?

I have not. I called them a few days ago to see what the deal was and they hadn't shipped one out yet. The lady said she'd ship one out ASAP so hopefully it's on the way.

Yeah I spent like 1-2 hours per wheel, took forever. Never letting that happen again haha. I wanna see these Gotti's!

I spent hours with a very thin chisel slowly chipping away the powdercoat on the sides of the faces and the inner parts of the lips so they would fit. I had to be cautious not to chisel too high or it would show with the lips on. That took forever, and I had to be super careful, glad that's over!

    Wheels are sexy for sure!
Yep, it fit perfect with the double wrap. The powder coaters purposely put a pretty light coat on the bolt heads so the socket would still fit, as powder coat is quite thick.

Actually I'm usually not really a fan of black wheels either. I was pretty nervous to do the RM's in all satin black, but now I'm super happy that I did. Also I think it's kind of a refreshing change from normal colored faces and polished lips.
