I loved everything about this thread as it became a bit of a story after a while when you moved from the outdoors/carport and got your shop and you began making your insanely beautiful furniture.
I was (and still am) a bit sad to see the 02 go as I really liked where you where going with it, and even though the guys at CAtuned did a killer job turning it into the badass it is today I would have really liked to see how you would have finished it.
Definitely my favourite project thread anywhere to date, thanks for the hours of enjoyment of reading the thread back multiple times and eagerly waiting for the next update.
Can't wait to see what's coming next, be that cars or furniture.
I actually own an E30 now that I have been working on quite a bit (nothing nearly as involved as the 2002, for good reason) and have a build thread on that, which you can check out here: http://www.stanceworks.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=80308
Thanks again for your awesome comment and for following along this thread. Take care!

Just wanted to pop in and say that even though I no longer own this car, I decided to compile a bunch of photos from throughout this build and create an album on Flickr for people to see since most of the photos in this thread are broken. It doesn't have every single photo that I included in this thread, but there are plenty to scroll through and see how the car evolved. Click link below to view:
In case you haven't seen this '02 in it's current state, CAtuned just debuted it at SEMA in October after putting in some long hours on it. I think they really embodied the raw, sinister vibe that this car was destined to have, and I think it turned out awesome. I'm sure Igor will keep documenting the build and posting it for everyone to see. Aside from myself, there are a lot of people that want to see this car complete. I can't wait to see it done, and even better, I'll get to see it person.

Glad to see the car getting completed but it's a bummer you sold it.

I hope Igor and the guys at CAtuned will keep us informed of progress! At least it's going to another good home!

Yes, there is some news. Contrary to a few of my previous posts, I ended up deciding that I had to let this project go (for multiple reasons). Igor at CAtuned and I worked out a deal and I am completely excited that the 2002 will be in their possession within a week or so. It couldn't be in better hands and I have a feeling the finished product will be pretty close to what I was envisioning for it as they're buying the entire project as a package so I didn't have to part anything separately whatsoever. So it seems it'll still be on air with the BBS RM's I built for it, so I'm super happy about that!
