    made progress on the flares, there mostly done just need a little more work but the side is primered.

    On a normal 02 i would say 16s are to big but with the flares it opens up the arches alot

    I probably have 5-8 hours in the front and about 4 in the rear they still need work. For the part that boxes out i was able to knock it in with a hammer and fill it

    I'd say go 15" too but since you are going with these flares 16" looks good..

    How many hours would you say you have into each fender so far? How did you deal with the area of the fender that boxes out a bit? Looks good.

    Did some rear test fitting and got the rear flare tacked and rolled the inner lip.
    Looking at running a 16x9 et-10 roughly now since the wheels are a +4 with a 15mm spacer how its sitting now.
