Why do old BMW's have such a wierd smell??

so ordered coilovers for it finally from Ireland Engineering. 325 ft/lbs in the front and 275 ft/lbs in the rear.



ill get better pictures once i get the rears in. but i test fitted a freinds CCW's. I ordered the XXR ccw reps for now.

So over a year ago i picked up an 89 325is and started building it. This turned into a love and passion for not only cars, but BMW's. After having my current e30, an e36 and another e30 i decided to get a 1969 BMW 2002 "roundie".
It needs a little love but is super solid with no rust which is very rare for a New England car and runs like a top. I like to call her Bernadette. Well on to the pictures..
