so a little update. this is taking longer than expected. probably won't be done til friday.
tucked some wires away today and painted my coil packs lol. havent spliced anything just yet, i'll get to that when the motor's in the car and i get a visual on what needs to be hidden. also i just sent out my flywheel and ordered a 6 puck unsprung clutch. since i intend to go for mid to high hp this summer i figured why not start now. supercharger is getting polished tomorrow to add to the old school flavor.

so...long story short. i give up, bring the car to a local shop. they sabotage my motor which will be dealt with legally. hopefully. got a good deal at another shop motor's got 30k on it. but i did something a bit different...which should attract some attention to my engine bay. for those of you who don't get it, chevy used to paint their small blocks orange in the 60's. since it's an american car, and everything so far is american besides the steering wheel...ima shut up now and post photos.

How much was the fender work ?

i spent about 140 bucks on supplies and had a body hammer and a dolly and just did all the prep work in my driveway. i brought it to my friend's shop in ronkonkoma new york i used to work there they sprayed dupont 99k on it and their clear idk what it was but he insisted on using it over the dupont stuff i bought. i paid him 300 bucks. it literally has less orange peel than the factory paint. i took a paintless dent removal reflective board and checked it out to see how smooth it is. it's pretty damn good, id give it like a 9 out of 10 considering its filler putty and a lot of custom shit it was impressive. so i really wanna just do the car right and wet sand and polish everything and get a new factory front lip, touch up everything do some paintless dent removal and get it all cleeeean. i have a lot of mechanical concerns too like my intake being punished having no fender linings. i welded my stock muffler back on crooked. i need to put a grade 10.9 bolt in the front trans mount i got one at home im in florida and i got arrested for pissing in a bush and i am extremely tired at my friends house they put me in a county jail for the night and i didnt sleep it was a shitty crazy experience. im tired. this post probably looks like i need help. all i know is i typed a lot of crap and im just gonna hit submit cuz i dont really care about anything right now. my car is good though, drives straight and the rear toe is gooddddd finallyyyyyyyyyyyy
