Yeah should be nice, not as big as I had hoped but i could always build onto now the base in there.
Shot in the corners last night, good emery sesh will see it smooth.
Decided to tackle the light tinting this afternoon after geekin up on whats what, I took my time probably took me about 5 hours to complete one, inbetween chillin in the sun and swiggin coldies!
So becuase I am using YELLOW LED bulbs the current draw is alot less so the indicators flash rather rapidly. To slow this down we needed to add inline a resistor relay, all ready made up these where £4 a pair and the bulbs around £8-£15 depending on which ones you go for. E-tech tint spray was around £7.
Bulb is a very good fit!
These relays get hot so best to have them up against the bodywork
to dissapate that buildup better.
Taking out the reverse white light.
On! still amber after 3 light coats of tint.
Off.
Overall effect, happy with that but think only 2 not 3 coats on the reverse light would do as it looks a little darker then the rest of the light.
Could do with a clear coat though, little bit matt in some places.
Early evening brightness.

Thanks Man its become a bit of a love affair. Don't think anyone has done more than me to make this possibly the best looking '3 out there. I will be keeping this car for a long long time as its still not finished.
Been daydreaming about wide arches and a RWD conversion recently, lol and its a bit of a coincedence how my wheels kinda match the 24" cruiser BMX I am constructing also

After talking all day about the pipedream RWD conv. we think the best way would be to mount the engine & gearbox longitudinal from the miata, prop shaft and rear subframe, proper mission wont ever happen till I have a workshop and two scrap cars to play with though..
More recently though I have just picked up 2 x 205/45 barum brav2 tyres which should be here next week, so at least I can have a test mount sesh with them, currently hunting down 2 more.
