Joined simply for this thread, but am staying for the whole site. Been missing out apparently. Anyway, I looked in your previous threads and didn't see any mention about your center gauge cluster. NEED TO KNOW MOAR!! Also, I'm completely jealous of your car and skills. Just had to make that known...

Cage is looking good man. I'm looking to leave the -7 camber club this winter as well haha.

Can't wait to see the finished product. I am sure that the cage and interior will super clean like the rest of the car

Thank you. Yeah its been a long time coming, and lots to go.
Car is up on stands, and I am attempting to put together the list of the things to do this winter.. The list is going to change quite a bit, and a lot of the crazy stuff is being put on hold. Mostly because purchasing a new house is more of a priority then supercharging her for now.
lot of work already happening, cage is almost done. and a few things im not going to show till spring. I am going to also be messing with the fenders a little bit more, and lowering the car a bunch up front.
Start of list:
-finish cage
-leather work for pads around cage parts
-paint cage the chosen pearl white
-bay details (not getting into detail yet)
-fender pulling if possible
-lower front 1/2" or so
-rear suspension geometry adjustments and possible wheel change to lessen the camber to -4
-skid plate under entire motor/trans
just need to tig the x brace in, and then decide on the 2 front bars and how they integrate into the structure of the floor.. The extensions off of the strut towers are for access to the coilover adjusters for quick adjustment, and once the plastics are all back in, most of this will not be noticeable. Test fit the rear seat, and only minor work will need to be done to the seat back to let it sit under the bars. just as planned.Last edited by 1badg35; 10-16-2012, 08:46 AM.

You earned it all. That's a TON of hard work with a beautiful result. All of that is it all paying off. Congrats!

nah, not going to mess with the rear end of the car at all at this point. I think ive made some decisions on what to do, and they may happen this winter.
Lots happening currently on the car, none of it going to FCF this year unfortunately. BM at my cousins wedding the same day. Lots of work is just going to have to debut next season I guess.. Looks like she is going on dollies so i can roll her around the garage. and thats it for this years fun.
Not a bad year:
multiple features, a first place trophy at every major event I attended, SS magazine feature article. She seems to have made celeb status (haha) among lots of other noteworthy mentions. More to come for next year, and hopefully some track timeLast edited by 1badg35; 10-09-2012, 09:46 AM.

ever thought about narrowing the rear track width a bit to leave the wheels alone?

slow progress on the cage as h2oi weekend took precedence, and lots of other events going on.
this weekend should have lots of updates though..
super psyched that my good buddy Danny has been working feverishly on the plastics for the engine bay. I now know he is as crazy as I am with the details. Cant wait to see these things this weekend. Super pumped to see how insane these things are going to look
This detail alone will literally change the whole bay imo.
