Cage parts I designed and did the cad drawings for should be here mid week. then time for some chopping and tig welding...
still need to decide on color for the cage as i am really back and forth on that decision. usually some things are obvious, this one not so much in my mind.
its either going to be shot in white with a pearl/metallic to match the wheels and bay scheme, or a much more subtle black gloss with a pop of metallic flake.

decided that if i wanted to keep the project going at the same pace and not just let it sit idle for a while in the garage, i first have to do some fall garage cleaning... i have far too much stuff namely wheels, and no use for a lot of it. Taking the car apart always takes up a ton of space, none of which is possible when there are 10+ sets of wheels all about.
some of the wheels in the collection that i am willing to put up for sale:
14" volk magnesium 3 piece fully refurbished- worth over 3k, - 1200 + shipping
18" kinesis k58 18x8.5/10 3 piece forged- 1600 + ship
16" bbs rs 5x130 16x8.5 and 16x9 with big lips, gold plated bolts, and centers powdercoated to your liking- 2400
16" bbs rf 5x120 same info applies as the rs set- 2300
the infamous spare tire. the 16"x5" bbs rs out of my z. well north of 700 in parts- 500 + 30 to ship I will even redrill it to 4x100 or something for 50$ extra. just redrilling not welding it, as its already powdercoated.
inquire through pm. for sale thread with all of this stuff will be up soon, but thought I would put this in here so people could see that i am doing this to keep the project moving and to make space. I am saving all i can to purchase a new house, so the tons of money i throw into the project is at a minimum as of recent, but big things need to happen.
