Current picture: Summer 2015

Well, I figured that it may be time to post a build thread for one of the original Focuses to disgrace the Stanceworks forum. Some may remember last year when I "went aggressive"
. A lot has changed since then, and there are some pretty major plans in place for the coming year. I'm also proud to say that this car came home from the Carlisle All-Ford Nationals 2011 with a plaque for third place in it's class. Before I go on, here's a quick blurb about what the car is:
2006 Ford Focus ST (USDM)
-2.3L DOHC Duratec engine, all aluminum
-Factory short-tube header
-SVT-tuned suspension
-4-wheels discs
-ST-specific interior
-Some ST-specific exterior tweeks
While it is insignificant, I should mention that this car is considerably more rare than one might imagine. It is estimated that there were somewhere between 3 and 4 thousand STs made in 2006, and they all came equipped with traction control standard. Or so Ford thinks. Nobody's quite sure how, but a few (including this one) snuck off the assembly line with just ABS.
Now that I have surely bored you to tears, here is what has been done and what will be done. I am open to suggestions, as always, though I will simply ignore suggestions to scrap the car and start over with a "real" one. I love this car to pieces, no matter how insignificant it may be to others. I run a small business with my friend called Keegan|Brock Development (many know my first name is Matt, though few know my middle name is Keegan), and I use this car to showcase my products at shows. With this in mind, I do my best to keep the car clean, well-maintained, and show-ready at all times. I half-ass nothing on this car, and I like to think my patience and workmanship show through in the final product each step of the way.
The Mod List:
-H&R coilovers
-Borbet Type CB 16x7.5
-Flaken ZE-912 205/40-16
-Keegan Komponents adjustable front endlinks
-Keegan Komponents adjustable toe arms
-Home-brewed exhaust with Dynomax Race Bullet
-REDLINE Tuning leather e-brake and shifter boots
-Energy Suspension rear endlinks
-Marcy Motorsports 3.5-inch intake (custom painted by yours truly)
-Energy Suspension polyurethane rear engine mount inserts (upgraded to factory aluminum mount from cast iron piece)
-Tinted taillights
-Clear side markers
-AVS wind deflectors
-Thule Aero rack
-Flocked gauge surround
-Steeda Tri-Ax STS
-Rolled/pulled fenders
Finally, here are the pictures, taken down in Carlisle just under 2 weeks ago:
