Don't know if you're still going to check this thread, but I sold my genesis and got a mk1 focus. Re read this and now I'm actually glad I chose it over a civic or 240sx.

Great choice, enjoy it! I've considered updating this thread, but I'm not sure the forum would be too impressed by the progress. The car now has a Garrett GTX2867R turbo, Torsen LSD, Exedy clutch/flywheel, custom tune, and some other stuff int he works. I've raised it up a bit and have been trying to race it as much as possible this season.

She's still the same, old Focus; but with 300hp now.

Yeah, I'm contemplating posting mine here, as I'm messing around with a budget rally build. Already have 215/60/16's on the stock 16's and am going to get mudflaps and either a skidplate or some sort of suspension build. Not pretty, but the stock suspension handles offroad pretty well.

Yours is a dura right? Mine has a lower mileage zetec swapped in that's had the top end refreshed. Do the ST's share the trans with the SVT or is it similar? I just got the clutch changed on mine, and I think my trans is on it's way out, thinking of doing the SVT 6 speed, but it will cost more money than I want to. If the ST trans is better than the regular zx3 trans, than I'll be all over it.
