I already painted the headlights matte silver to tone down the housings while retaining some contrast. Also, there were no aftermarket taillights made for the MK1.5 Focus.

I hope not to disappoint with the teasers!

Materials (extra ordered for stock and brought just in case)


Mid-pipe half-way done


Tacking hangers in place before finish welding the mid-pipe with muffler in place.


Done with the mid-pipe sans v-band and over-axle curve.

Morning arrives, rain begins to fall.


Beginning to mock up the tip, which I made from scratch, including polishing.


Tail-pipe complete, before re-polishing.


Evening approaching.... Again.


All welded up and ready for leak test.
