getting back on track with some rapid prototyping....
a while ago i started to design my own ITB adapters and was going to have them machined out of aluminum. After long talks with my machinist....he really didn't want to do them.
I put the stock intake on a wired in the standalone for a first start back in November....but was never really happy that i was letting my ITB project float away...
Well since then I have gone out and acquired new technology to help solve a few issues...

in 1994/5 when Audi was in the BTCC with their A4....it had a VW 2.0l dry sump'd bottom end with an audi V8 head and itb's ...made 296bhp. Audi Also made 440bhp on a 3.6l v8

-mr2 electric power steering is operational as of last night.
-Coilpacks and fuel injectors all work in test mode on the DTA standalone
-rear radiator is mounted and has fans and nos halo sprayer for emergency cooling
-intake is bolted down
-engine harness is built and tucked
-exhaust manifolds have vbands
-working on custom fuse/relay panel...eliminating whats no longer needed
-missing a trans mount....for now
shooting for a first start by the end of the week.
been floating around the head...
garagemates 20th GTI project..
