02 related update. I managed to get my powder coat setup up and running this weekend, so I'm going to start doing a few things in the bay.

Nice one....Im looking forward to following this build too....

Im eager to find out what your plans are...on behalf of everyone.

Just a question - regarding the cutting of the ally tappet cover, do you use a aluminum specific cutting disc or is it a plain old steel type disc? Im asking cause I have never cut into ally, and I heard it becomes soft and sticky causing discs to explode...excuse my ignorance...but had to ask in order to find out.

Otherwise, I take my hat off to you sir, your project and skills have grown in leaps and bounds!!!
