RT hive mind, I need suggestions.

Wheel choices for my Civic Si -- go.

 Here were my thoughts:

 - Work Emotion CR-Kai
 - Work Emotion XT-7
 - Enkei NT03+M
 - Enkei PF01
 - Volk TE-37
 - Volk RE-30

Pic of car for reference. Not my car, but exactly the same (I shaved my vtec crap though):

I've started putting together a way to get my budget in line so I can get coilovers, wheels and tires before the next season starts. I'm looking for a completion date of March or April for this.

Coils: Stance GR+ (I have a sick hookup over at Stance USA)
Tires: Pilot SS or NT05 (Pilots probably for better treadwear rating)
 Wheels: ???

In terms of sizes, I'm pretty much set on a reverse staggered fitment (FF for life, yo), 18 x 8.5 front, 18 x 7.5 rear. I don't give a shit how retarded anyone thinks it is. Offset I can get help with once I figure out the wheel.

The car above has the OEM wheels, which are 17".

 No replicas. No fucking way.

Also, if colors factor in, I plan on getting a Championship White respray and a Candy Apple Red (maybe a bit deeper) paintjob on the wheels. Is Rosso Corsa too dark?Last edited by FluidMotorUnion; 08-12-2011, 10:10 AM.

I was actually just looking at those.Originally posted by PavelK313 View PostWork XD9 with +20 offset.

Super Advan? Really? I never really found their look to be that intriguing. Split 3-spoke wheels are interesting, I just don't think they'd flow on my car with the end result I'm looking for. Plus, they look better in two colors, and I'm going for one.Originally posted by Jesus Christ View Postyour choices need more 3 piece or super advan.

Three pieces would be nice. RS'es would be nice, but I've seen quite a few on 8thCivic, and they look better on coupes that are an inch off the ground.

Plus I'm aiming for more Time Attack-style fitment. A bit more meatflush. I plan on having it look nice, but I desire function, too, as I like me some street-carving on occasion.

Hahaha. I can just rotate the fronts to the rear if it looks terribly dumb. I may end up just going 8.5" all around, too. I've got a lot of time to think.Originally posted by SeanDub View PostI was gonna offer my advice, then saw the reverse stagger part and decided I don't want anything to do with the decision.Last edited by FluidMotorUnion; 08-12-2011, 10:51 AM.
