My boss doesn't do shit at work. Comes to was at 8 when suppose to start at 7, takes 2-3 hour lunches, leaves 2-3 hours earlier then suppose to, but feels out his time sheet with hella overtime.
Makes ridiculous claim that he comes to work at 4am and stays working until 9pm.
Just lies to everyone and I am the only person that actually knows what is really going on. What do you all think I can do about it?
I dont want to fuck myself over. So pretty much If I start this shit I'll have to go till he gets fired. If he doesn't get fired then I am fucked.

His shift suppose to be from 7am-4pm with 1 hour lunch.
His day today:
Came to work at 8am
Went to lunch at 12pm
Came back from lunch at 1:30pm
Said he will be right back at 1:40pm
Never came back but made sure to fill up his time sheet that he worked until 6pm.

Basically he was suppose to work for 8 hours
Actually been at work for 4 hours and 10 minutes
Got paid for 10 hours.


The reason why it gets to me is because I got to work yesterday at 12:02pm (suppose to start at 12pm) and he went off at me why am I late! WTF?
