I remember when I was into rollerblading for about a year or two. Then my parents killed my grove. I wanted to step up my game and get some sick rollerblades, and my parents never bought them when like they said they would. Then eventually my crave for rollerblading died out.

In my case it was oposite.
My mom bought me some POS skates just to get me of her back. When I say POS I mean they were the worse skates money could buy!
I used them for two seasons, then once, my dad took me to the park and chilled out there while I skated, thats when he said I think you got some talent but you need better skates. The following weekend he took me to the store and got me some expensive ass fitypro's (they were actually in fact the most expansive skates they had at that moment. I dont know why, but I remember. They were $370).

. That's legit. I had some cheap grey ones. Then my friend started getting into roller blading, and his mom instantly bought him these legit, pro-brand blades.
