Apparently Chicago missed a doozy of a snowstorm yesterday. We didn't get shit, but downstate near the capital got hit with about 18".

It's supposed to be 60 on Monday next week. Probably going to be a bunch of sick people because of the dramatic weather shifts.

Quick-shifting weather sucks. It's the only reason I ever get sick, and this year it hit me hard for like two weeks straight.

Think I might swap over to summer tires next week, since it'll be over 40 every day starting tomorrow. Nighttime still drops down into the 30's, so I may wait another week or two until I get my next freelancing check, but otherwise I'm itching for dry traction again. The Blizzaks are like driving on jagged gravel when it's not snowing.
