I think CCW sends their faces out to get powdered. Maybe because they have so many faces PC'd that they get them done at a discounted rate.

I was going to find a good image to put here, but then I realized that doing a Google Image search for "facial" is probably not the best expenditure of work time.

Powder is by far, much more cheaper than paint. The amount of prep work that goes into painting, wet sanding, buffing etc. is ridiculous. Why spend all that time and money on painted wheels when you can have them powdered for cheaper. It cost me $150 to have all 4 of my faces powdered.
