Time to (finally) start Christmas shopping. Ordered the first part of my girlfriend's gift -- Tyler The Creator's 'Goblin' on vinyl -- on Amazon, now it's time to take care of the rest.

Thank god my family really only wants gift cards this year. They refuse to ask for anything specific. No problem for me.

Yeah I do have a price limit, my thoughts are buy something that needs a bit of work something that if shit hit the fan can be flipped. Thought it has to have the area for a expansions on the garage or a area to build a separate garage.
