Short wheelbase is fail in the snow.

And most people with Jeeps have mud tires on them thinking they will be ok in the snow. My buddy has mud tires on his truck, and my car goes better in the snow than his truck does with 4WD and weight in the bed.

my brothers got a 07 F150 with Nitto Mud grapplers.This weekend coming to the family getogether he had to keep it in 4HI as he was sliding all over the highway with 800lbs in the bed. he ordered 35" winters yesturday haha.

Why don't mud tires work in the snow? I can't say that I've ever seen snow tires before so I don't know what makes them different.

Mud tires are much knobbier, vs snow tires, which have smaller blocks, not as deep.
