I think you can bring it over the border as a show or off road use only. then have someone in OR license. Vehicle rules in OR are Laughable. Then you should get a valid VIN, title and registration.

I looked into that for you guys and it would not work.
The car has to have less than 500 examples produced in the world and then you must prove it's significance to history and etc and prove why it should be allowed

Doesn't work that way
On the importation paper work you have to select an option of which condition are you trying to import the car under.
So if you select Show, the car will be imported under that condition and that condition can never be changed
And you can't select 25 year rule until the car is 25 years old from the month of manufacture to the date of application
