That's Gypsy Rose from the Imperials car club out of East Los Angeles. That car was painted back in the late 60s by Walt Prey. Original owner has since passed away, but his son kept the car and takes care of it.....car is world famous as one of the first lowriders to break the stigma of the lowrider being the gangbanger's car of choice. Lot of work and craftsmanship goes into creating these cars too...just don't understand why they never get the credit they deserve. I hope to one day build me one...hopefully a 63 Impala....
