Now given that she is the bosses mistress, it might be interesting to start a sexual or relationship based rumor. Invite your colleagues over from you previous place of employment and mention that you thought you saw her out on the town with (insert random believable description here.) The description could even include something about this ficticious person that your ex-boss will not appreciate. Let that marinate at the water cooler for a week, and see if she's still so right about everything.

Worse... let everyone know that at one time or another you have had her, or that you are currently having her. (This is assuming that you want to personally become involved.)

Status or employment loss would be my objective. Utilize whatever leverage you might have on her, given that job performance doesn't seem to be impactful, it needs to be personal.

I would NEVER have hear, cause she's ugly, has a fat ass, tons of make up (ORANGE ALERT) and she's trICE my age

Last year I managed to get her back once.

Pretty easy to ruin someones life if you really want to , best thing to do would be to make her see the error of her ways rather than make her even more stressed and backfire this stress on to your previous colleagues.

I'd call her , arrange a meeting , apologise about the way you spoke to her the day you quit , explain why you quit , explain the 3 other guys that got sacked felt the same , explain the entire office feels the same. Explain pretty much 99% of the population would feel the same.
