I made some 3 cheese chicken cordon blue and garlic parmesan pasta the the other night, disapointed I didn't take pics.
We flattened the chicken and spread boursin on it, then put the ham in as well as some jack and swiss, then wrapped it up and fried it quick so it would hold its shape then baked it the rest of the way.
For the pasta I cooked some garlic in olive oil on the stove, then mixed it in with the pasta along with a bit of shredded parmesan.
And this is one of the sandwiches I promised earlier in the thread.
