    Nah, I drink a pot a day. Just make sure you take the pills evenly spaced apart. 8hrs or so. Dont take caffeine or coffee with the last one. Or cut the amount of coffee and ephedrine down

            I do a variation of the pendlay row. Wide grip, back parallel to the floor, and bring the bar to my chest. Never done good mornings though. My back usually pretty sore after a good day of deadlifts though.

              My deadlift day is this:

              Deads working up to 425 or whatever feels good
              block pulls to something heavier
              deficit deads usually to like 365

              all that takes about an hour, then its

              pendlay rows tons of reps/sets at something around 185
              same deal with good mornings

                      • Managed to Do 80x7 DB's on Incline today(my weakness). Could only do 75x5 last week. I really Need to start pushing myself more and not being a bitch when shit gets heavy lol

                              • I Wish I had some spare room for equipment. I almost bought a Squat rack from a buddies Gym where he trains for $300. Came with 2-1200lb max bars and 4 of each plates(5's.10's,25's 35's and 45's)
