        • When I used to buy Whey I always went with Optimum nutrition. The flavor has always been good, a lot of protein per serving (but not so much that your body wastes it), and relatively cheap.

          I weighed myself today and it looks like I'm down to 183lbs... not sure how I feel about it.

            • Done my 2lb tub of six star, also today marked my 2 weeks going to the gym. I'm Down 15lbs another 50 to go. I've toned my biceps and triceps as well as legs up pretty good. I need to do more cardio it seems. 4 days a week isn't cutting it

                      • No measurements or pics yet. But I weigh 210 honestly quite a bit of fat but I can bench 320 but don't have very good stamina, I can only stay at the gym for an hour at a time usually and can only do 30 min jogs.

                          What is 5-3-1? I've heard of starting strength I've just never learned the exercises to do it myself.

                          Also, I've been doing at least 30 min on the elliptical and then at least a mile run every day. Still waiting on MRI results but I can't sit around and not at least try to run on a bum knee.

                          • actually started going back to training, eating correctly. time to go back to my former glory.
                            so far eating the usual clean stuffs and doing intense cardio every 2nd night and whenever i can inbetween.
                            currently weigh 120kg(idontfuckingknow lb) so hoping to get down to 100 and tone up.
                            tips on regaining strength in my knee and elbow? i fell off a truck and landed on my knee a few years ago and it hasnt been the same since, pain when i run etc, random stabbing feelings in my knee.
