You can pull it off static, as long as you don't mind the ride/ripping up road reflectors. Just flip your rear shackles, do a flip kit, and with a c-notch and lowering blocks the rear is done, the front just do some drop arms and trim the stock springs. Ive heard that on control arm rangers you can swap out the stock springs with early 4 cylinder s-10 springs and get 2-4 inch drop on the stock springs alone.
